Philanthropy by Midtown Optometry
Drs. Derron Lee and Leanne Lee are passionate about serving their community through philanthropy.
At Midtown Optometry, we believe strongly in giving back to the community and caring for the eyes of all those in need. Outreach programs represent an opportunity to show the community the level of commitment our optometrists have to their community. The staff also plays an important role in community outreach. All of our offices participate in the Optometry Giving Sight Program as well as other charitable services.
Dr. Derron Lee has volunteered his time at the St. Mary’s Interfaith Community Center as the Eye Clinic Physician. He also provides free eye care and eyeglasses for the United Farm Workers Association.
He has volunteered to serve Christmas dinners at the Stockton Emergency Food Bank, collect eyeglasses for the Lion’s Club, build a library for the Child Abuse Prevention Center, and help local students go to Science Camp in Jones Gulch by donating portions of the office proceeds.
Most recently, at the Emergency Food Bank Thanksgiving event, over 600 people benefited from Dr. Lee’s Gift of Sight program, and eye exams, and eyeglasses were given at no charge to recipients.

up with UC Berkeley Optometry School and Vision Service Plan.
To provide FREE eyecare and glasses for those in need; our team provided care for over 130 patients!
